Marketing agreement

By ticking the box, you declare the following:

"I agree to the processing of my personal data by SRL "CHIRII CONSULTING", IDNO 1015600039959, for marketing purposes (digital, product, content, by SMS, e-mail, notifications or any other type of marketing) and commercial purposes within the activity of the chirii.md platform, including through contracts with third-party service providers in this field (telephony, SMS, e-mail, notifications on the website or in the personal account, messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Telegram).

I confirm that this consent is voluntary and that I have been informed I can withdraw it at any time, free of charge. I have read the chirii.md Privacy Policy."

• Offers, discounts and promotions from chirii.md and our partners;
• Platform news, new features and rental tips;
• Invitations to campaigns, contests or surveys.

Marketing SMS are marked "Publicitate" or "P" and are sent only on working days, between 10:00 and 19:00.

The agreement does not cover transactional messages — confirmation codes, password resets or replies to your requests. You receive those in any case, as they are part of the service.

The name, phone number and email address in your account, and the date you gave or withdrew your consent. We do not sell this data or pass it to advertising networks.

To send them we use providers acting on our behalf: for SMS — Emotion Trading SRL (the Unifun Bulk SMS platform) and the mobile operators of the Republic of Moldova; for email — our email delivery provider.

The agreement is valid until you withdraw it or delete your account. We keep the date of your consent for as long as the account exists, as proof of consent.

• by writing to us at chirii.md@gmail.com.

Withdrawal is free and takes effect immediately: from that moment we stop sending you marketing messages, including those already scheduled. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of messages sent before.

You can use chirii.md without giving this consent. Refusing or withdrawing it does not limit your access to the platform in any way.
