Terms and conditions

By using chirii.md you accept these terms. chirii.md is a platform that connects owners and renters; we are not a party to the rental contract between users.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. At registration you confirm this and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the account data and for the activity in your account. Keep your password safe and let us know if you notice suspicious activity.

Listings must be accurate, legal and comply with the platform rules. We reserve the right to remove listings that break these rules.

We process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection.

The contact details, address and photos you include in a listing become public. Only publish your own data or data you are entitled to make public, and do not include other people's personal data in listings without their consent.

Other users' data obtained through the platform may only be used to communicate about the rental in question. Automated collection, disclosure to third parties or use for spam and marketing is prohibited.

The rental terms, price and deposit are agreed between the owner and the renter. Check the item before paying and keep proof of the agreement.

chirii.md is not responsible for the quality of items, user behavior or any damage arising from a rental.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
